Raise your hand if you ate a lot of terrible food this December. ?♀️ Yeah, me too. But with PIIT28 I was at least able to maintain my weight. Keeping up my workout regimen increased my energy and kept insanity at bay during all the holiday season. I can see a big difference before and after PIIT28. Places that expanded and drooped through pregnancy are perking up. PIIT28 takes less than a half hour a day to complete, provides cardiovascular and pulmonary conditioning, increases muscle tone, promotes weight loss, and (I think) makes you look younger. I don’t know about you, but that’s a third of my New Year’s resolutions right there.
The PIIT28 Transformation Pack is one of my favorite purchases. I use it every day and love the health-focused aspect to lose weight.

What is HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing quick cardio exercises. When you practice HIIT you combine repeated bouts of short duration high-intensity exercises between rest periods of lower intensity recovery exercises.
The beauty of HIIT is that it can be applied to any activity and ability. You could do HIIT on a treadmill, HIIT on a rowing machine, or even HIIT while slutting dancing. Cassey Ho of Blogilates has applied HIIT concepts to pilates. This is the perfect HIIT workout for me.
What is PIIT28?
PIIT28 is HIIT’s prettier, more popular sister. The same activity is done throughout HIIT, at harder, faster and easier, slower intervals. I love PIIT28 (Pilates Intense Interval Training) because cardio is done during the intense period and body-weight strength moves are utilized during the resting period.
PIIT28 is the best of both worlds. It combines the weight loss and organ conditioning of intense cardio coupled with the muscle building, metabolism boosting, osteoporosis staving-off of strength training. PIIT28 played a large part in my 80-lb postpartum weight loss after having my first son.

A PIIT28 routine takes twenty-eight minutes to complete and requires absolutely no equipment. As a mom, that’s perfect for me as I can pull up the workout on my phone and workout anywhere around the house. Forty-five seconds of cardio followed by a 15 second rest period (that’s one round); then 45 seconds of body weight strength moves followed by 15 seconds of rest. There are seven rounds a set, four sets complete a PIIT28 routine.
PIIT28 is Better than a Gym Membership
The most popular New Year’s resolutions are health related. You want to exercise more, lose weight, get more sleep, etc. It’s common to buy a gym membership at this time of year, hoping that the money spent will be an incentive to exercise. I call shenanigans.
Gyms are a ploy, designed to make you feel like awful. They’re filled with expensive, over-hyped equipment that doesn’t encourage muscle functionality and ultimately leads to many injuries. Plus, do you know why gyms put on fun days like Taco Tuesday or Pizza Fridays or doughnuts on Saturday morning? They don’t want you to lose weight. You losing weight means they could potentially lose a customer. The gym industry’s ideal consumer is the one that is fat and overwhelmed.
But there’s nothing wrong with investing money in physical goals. Based on my own personal results and the science I’ve researched, a PIIT28 Power Pack is a wise investment. This program is an allotted amount of time for exercise to complete in my home. It’s hard to find excuses against spending half hour in my living room bettering my physical, mental, cellular, and metabolic health.

PIIT28 Before & After
I bought the Transformation Pack (a package with three workout programs and the nutrition plan) the summer after Big A was born. Body weight strength training requires the core muscles. Pregnancy does a number on core muscles. It was a trial by fire in which I emerged forty five pounds lighter and with a four pack. I had to start slow and follow the modifications provided. Sometimes I couldn’t go the entire 45 seconds. Observing my progress was satisfying. In three weeks I could go the complete intervals and in a month I abandoned the modifications. I love being able to work out anywhere, the workout programs are right on my phone.

I’ve used and enjoyed the recipes in the Vegan 28 Day Reset. They’re easy, tasty, not incredibly expensive or filled with bizarre ingredients. The nutritional theory behind the Reset is sound.
PIIT28 Programs
There are three PIIT28 workout program (1.0, 2.0, and 3.0) and a nutrition program, the 28 Day Reset (vegan option offered!). There are a variety of combinations of these programs available for purchase, ranging from $39-$100 dollars. Once you buy a package, you have lifetime access to the work out videos on the website (all programs have a corresponding e-book as well). Check it out:
